According to the characteristics of biomass in various parts of China, it subverts the traditional boiler feeding method of throwing fuel into the fire from above and the mode of blowing air upwards from the grate. It adopts a trapezoidal fixed grate, a water layer air duct, and blows air from both sides to the middle stack surface to achieve semi-carbonization combustion, solving the problems of biomass particle vitreous coking, insufficient combustion area, and incomplete fuel combustion in the traditional feeding method.
Vertical blowing pipes are set on both wings of the stack on the grate to mix with the combustible gas filling the furnace to achieve gasification combustion. The heat exchanger adopts a baffle return method to increase the time that the high-temperature flue gas stays in the heat exchanger and fully burns, thereby improving the thermal efficiency. After five minutes of normal start-up combustion, the water temperature entering the boiler instantly rises from 18ºC to 58ºC; at the same time, the water output is 18% higher than that of similar products in the industry.
The two-stage feeding device is safe and worry-free, avoiding the safety hazards of biomass boiler backfire, while reducing the load of the feeding system, and correspondingly reducing the use of feeding motor power. The feeding system is reasonably equipped with an intelligent oxygen sensor. When the oxygen content is lower than the set standard, the feeding system will automatically adjust the feeding amount to ensure that the boiler achieves the best energy-saving and environmental protection effect.
