Feature of our biomass pellet burner
1. Long working life
Because it is positive combustion of the burner, there is very higher temperature in the furnace. So it is quite easier to damage the burning furnace. We take use of the 1# special refractory material and is casted at one time. The heat resistance can be more than 2000 degree with higher hardness. The working life can be more than 15 years.
2.Higher efficiency
Because the furnace is casted at one time. There is no need cooling system and no connections. So the heat loss is very low. Boiling and gasified burning mode to make the fuel combustion sufficiently. It is only 3minutes from the lighting till final burning.
3.High automatic control
Special designed auto control panel to make all the operation automatically. From the feeding, lighting, combustion, alarming, protection, etc.
4.Higher safety
Equip with the automatic stop valve for the pellets, which can stop the connection between the silo and furnace to avoid any back fire accident. There also equips the over temperature protection function, when there is no fuel, there will be alarm directly.
5.Energy saving and environment protection.
Compared with diesel, the pellet burner can save cost at about 60%, compared with natural gas, can save about 40%. There is no dark smoke at all and the emission for the SO2 and NOx is almost zero. So it can totally meet the environment protection requirement.
