An automatic high-efficiency biomass burner is a heating device that uses biomass fuels (such as wood chips, straw, pellets, and other renewable resources) for automated combustion and efficient energy conversion.
Main features:
1.Full-process automation operation: intelligent start-stop, one-button electronic ignition, no manual intervention required, automatic feeding, real-time adjustment of feed speed based on temperature sensors or pressure signals, maintaining optimal combustion state.
2.High-efficiency energy conversion: Volatiles from high-temperature pyrolysis of biomass are burned thoroughly through cyclone air distribution or tangential air intake, achieving thermal efficiency of 85%-92%.
3.Safety protection and fault diagnosis: The fuel supply is automatically cut off when the flame detector malfunctions, and the furnace shuts down if the temperature exceeds the set value. The flame arrestor prevents flames from igniting the material storage area.
