The vacuum film deaerator is composed of deoxygenator head, deoxygenator water tank, vacuum extractor and vacuum water pump, etc. It can be installed at a low position and used for deoxygenating feed water of steam boiler, deoxygenating feed water of hot water heating boiler and other systems that need to remove gas from water.
| Deaerator head | The vacuum deaerator works at a pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure, and the inlet water temperature is 45 ~ 60 C. The softened water is sent to the inlet nozzle of the deaerator head by the deaerator feed pump, and the water is atomized under the inlet water pressure and sprayed into the deaerator tower. Because the atomized water droplets have a large surface area, it is conducive to the separation and escape of gas, thus achieving the purpose of deaerating. When the deoxygenated water continues to flow downwards, it contacts with the lower packing layer and forms a water film, which improves the deoxygenation effect. |
