Product Description
Mainly Introduction of The Biomass Burner
Long working life
- Material of the furnace is 1# refractory materials. All the furnace is made by pouring modeling. There is no connection at all. The temperature resistance can be 2000ºC.
- Burner nozzles and furnace designed with air cooling duct, which can guarantee the furnace and nozzle working under safe condition.
High working efficiency
- More than 100mm insulation, during the operation, the layout of the burner is almost ambient temperature.
- Boiling and gasification burning mode, it takes only 3 minutes for ignition to max flame.
- Average air supply system to guarantee the full burnt of the fuel.
- Double air supply system from both the bottom and middle of the furnace. The fuel is fully gasified and then fully burnt.
- Rotate furnace grate to make the fuel on the furnace average, which can be fully burnt.
Automatic working
- The whole burner is intellectually controlled. One touch control and dynamic display make the control easier.
- The rotate furnace grate to collect the ash to the middle of the furnace then fall down to the ash collector. There is no need to stop the burner when collect the ashes.
- All the motors are under inverter control.
Safety guarantee
- Over pressure, over temperature, lack of water protection system will alarm once there is any problem and stop the burner automatically.
- Silo design with the level gauge, which can stop or start automatically.
Energy saving
- Compared with the diesel fuel, the biomass burner can save 40% of the cost. Compared with natural gas, can save 30%. Compared with electricity can save 60%.
- The firing fuel can be different, such as biomass chips, pellets, wood logs, etc.
Environment protection
Because it is biomass fuel, the SO2, NOx emission is almost zero. The particles content is less than 45mg/M3.
