  With electric energy as energy source, no noise and no pollution. Using high quality heating tube, the surface heat load is low and the thermal efficiency is high. Aluminum silicate fiber blanket is used for multi-layer insulation and Baosteel aluminum-zinc plated color coated sheet is used for outer packaging. Living packaging caps are used at both ends to facilitate installation and maintenance.

Technical Information

1. Adopt high quality electric heater, its surface load is low and working life is long.
2. Control electric heating element by marching type input method, which can reduce impact of boiler on the power grid and make the boiler running more reliable.
3. According to temperature difference and load change, heating element can adjust input number of the electric heater group  automatically and can switch input sequence automatically, not only saving energy consumption, but making the running time of each group heater balance, and prolong the working life of the heater.
4. Heating elements can also be manual input or shutdown, convenient for users to adjust boiler heat productivity flexibly.
5. Adopt advanced centrifugal gals fiber floss for multi-layer heating insulation, having small hot loss, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
6. Boiler limit water level protection function: when water level is lower than the limit water level, power will be cut off automatically and alarm.
7. This production has in advantages of no noise, no pollution and convenient installation and use. Heating efficiency is more than 98%.
