This system is a comprehensive water treatment solution integrating advanced purification technology and intelligent control, designed for industrial, medical, laboratory and high-quality drinking water production scenarios, and ensures that the water quality reaches nearly 100% purity through multi-stage synergistic treatment to satisfy the stringent physicochemical indexes and hygienic standards.

Core Components and Functions
1.Raw water tank and booster pump
Function: Stabilize the water supply pressure and flow, provide continuous and balanced water input for the system, and avoid the impact of pressure fluctuation on the subsequent equipment.

2.Multi-media filter (quartz sand filter)
Function: Efficiently retain impurities such as sediment, colloid and suspended matter of >20μm through multi-layer filter media (quartz sand, activated carbon, etc.), equipped with automatic backwashing and positive flushing functions to extend the life of the filter media and safeguard the pre-treatment water quality.

3.Activated carbon filter
Function: Adopting shell activated carbon adsorption technology, removing pigment, odor, residual chlorine, pesticide residues and organic pollutants in depth, simultaneously reducing the content of biochemical organics, and significantly improving the sensory indicators of water quality.

4.Automatic dosing / scale inhibitor device (optional ion exchanger)
Function: accurately add scale inhibitor, inhibit inorganic salt scaling, prevent iron and aluminum oxide deposition, protect reverse osmosis membrane from contamination, improve water production rate and reduce operating costs.
