Product Description

The carbon black raw material is fed from the carbon black silo to the single-axis continuous mixer through the auto gate valve, the pneumatic (electric) valve and the quantitative rotary feeder.
At the same time, the added binder is added to the carbon black granulator through the metering pump in a certain proportion. After being fully mixed, it enters the high-speed stirred gear granulator for high-speed forming and granulation.
The finished product after forming is transported to the rotary cylinder dryer by the bucket lift through the discharge port, and then through the rotary cylinder grading screen, the qualified product enters the next section of drying, large particles and fine powder collected in the transition bin, through the screw conveyor, screw elevator through the closed way to the silo, and then to the granulator to re-granulate.

 

1. Technical Information of The Granulating Line
