Timely combustion of large amount of volatile components of biomass fuel is the most basic requirement of biomass combustion, and controlling the appropriate amount of air and combustion speed is also the key to control the formation of NOX; this technology realizes two combustion modes under one combustion condition (laminar cracking of biomass, and suspended combustion of volatile components in the chamber space), as well as a large chamber and a three-fold wind distribution structure, which ensures that the whole process of biomass combustion is always in high energy release and minimal NOX generation. It ensures that the whole process of biomass combustion is always in high energy release and low NOX generation, especially the three times wind blowing out of the nozzle air distribution ring for the furnace after cooling down the hot air can not only help combustion but also will not reduce the internal temperature of the boiler chamber, which is a real high-efficiency and environmentally friendly low-NOX biomass combustion technology.

Secondary air (ring combustion chamber): high-pressure rotating airflow to form turbulence, to ensure that the volatile components and oxygen are fully mixed with suspended combustion

Tertiary air (spit nozzle wind ring): provide high-temperature hot air to assist combustion and achieve complete combustion of fixed carbon (100% combustion rate)
